Job Purpose
As Talent & Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting and driving the Talent & Culture strategic aims across GPJ UK.
You will work as part of a small team of four led by the Head of Talent and Culture who you will report to. You will manage the Talent & Culture Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
- Build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders ensuring Talent & Culture is viewed as a key partner to help support the delivery of our objectives (building talent pipeline, DE&I, employee engagement, L&D etc.)
- Advise senior stakeholders and managers on HR matters and employment law and educate to help them understand how to manage ER
- Support the resolution of any ER issues, monitoring risk and escalation where appropriate
- Working closely with the Head of Talent and Culture to help implement Talent strategies and initiatives
- Supporting and implementing UK specific projects and initiatives to deliver objectives
- Responsible for driving recruitment processes and keeping a commercial perspective when reviewing talent pipeline
- Overseeing the pre boarding and onboarding of talent
- Ensuring compliance through reviewing and implementing new policies and procedures within the company handbooks, ensuring all changes are communicated to the wider business
- Responsible for managing the UK sponsorship licence and applications
- Responsible for implementing Talent initiatives to the wider business with the support of the wider Talent team
- Oversee and responsible for reviewing and approving payroll for the UK
- Responsible for managing the annual insurance renewal process
- Manage annual ‘Stay Interviews’ process. Analysing data to identify key themes and recommendations to be present to the Leadership team
- Oversee and manage quarterly ‘Vibe Checks’ identifying and feeding back findings and recommendations to the Leadership team
- Support the PDP review process ensuring that all employees receive a timely review and that objectives are set and agreed
- Support with employee communications
- Implement employee evaluations and gather feedback then devise/ implement initiatives to address employee engagement issues
- Advise on appropriate engagement models inline with the IR35 regulations
- Manage and respond to any IR35 appeals
- Devising and implementing Learning and Development programmes to support talent development/ business gap
- Support the wider implementation of Workday and streamlining of systems
- Implement talent mapping exercises where/ when appropriate
- Line management of Talent & Culture Executive
Your Background, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, advising on all matters of HR processes and procedures
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD HR Management qualification (Level 5 or 7) desirable
- Experience in using HR software, ideally Workday
- Experience of working within in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of working in a creative agency environment would be advantageous

- We are open to either full time or part time applications for this role (4 days per week)
