What a year it’s been for experience marketing! In 2024, the global GPJ team pulled out all the stops, delivering unforgettable experiences, pushing creative boundaries, winning awards, and making big ideas happen across the world. It’s been a whirlwind of innovation, collaboration, and a fair amount of coffee-fuelled brainstorming—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

As the year wraps up, at GPJ UK we’re reminded that while we’ve been busy turning big ideas into magical events, there’s always room to create something even more impactful. As is our tradition, this Christmas we’re proud to support three incredible charities that are doing just that by changing lives, creating opportunities, and spreading hope.

We believe in showing our gratitude for another successful year by giving back, lifting others up, and making the world a little brighter.

While we make warm indoor plans for Christmas, many people don’t have a warm bed to return to. Better Bankside (the neighbourhood of GPJ UK) is tackling homelessness with compassion and action, offering everything from meals and healthcare to employment programmes and emergency shelter during extreme weather.

Through initiatives like the Bankside Christmas Gift Appeal, they’re adding a little holiday magic to the lives of those in need. It’s about more than just survival—it’s about helping people find stability and dignity, one step at a time.

Twelve. That’s how many young people we lose every week in the UK to undiagnosed heart conditions.
Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) is on a mission to change that by providing life-saving screenings, funding cutting-edge research, and offering vital support to families navigating the unimaginable.

One of GPJ’s very own was given the gift of the wonderful work done by this organisation, when they were a child. So, it’s close to our hearts! CRY brings peace of mind and hope to countless young people and their loved ones. 

Who says the sky’s the limit?
For Barefoot College International, it’s just the beginning. Operating in over 93 countries, this powerhouse charity empowers women and girls from rural communities to become agents of change through solar electrification, clean water initiatives, and vocational training.

They’re lighting up lives (literally) and creating ripples of resilience that reach far beyond the villages they serve. Their belief in self-reliance and grassroots leadership is proof that when women rise, everyone benefits.
